Seven Mile Island is the name of a barrier island on the Jersey Shore in Cape May County, New Jersey.
It is divided between the boroughs of Avalon to the north, from 6th to 80th Streets, and Stone Harbor to the south, from 80th Street to Hereford Inlet.
Both beach towns are loaded with charm and family fun.

60th & 86th Street Beaches sit roughly in the middle of 7 Mile Island with Avalon to the north & Stone Harbor to the south.
60th Street Beach is gorgeous and is also a protected beach (meaning its protected by members of Avalon Beach Patrol), a raft beach (use of rafts is permitted), and near a surf beach (surfing is permitted at 63rd Street beach).
Easy access to the beautiful beach off 118th St and beautiful view of sunset toward the bayside from the front porch

Cape May County Zoo

Our favorites are Avalon Golf Club, Blue Heron Pines Golf Club, and Greate Bay Country Club.
Recreation Center
Stay active at Stone Harbor Recreation Center which has basketball courts, tennis courts, soccer fields and offers many programs open to the public including cardio for seniors, yoga, and a popular surf camp.
