Hello we are the McLaughlin Family (Tom, Raine, Lillian & Charlotte), the homeowners of Villa Raine, Villa Lil & Villa Char, in the destination area of 7 Mile Island (made up of Avalon to the North and Stone Harbor to the South).

We purchased our first home in Avalon as a place to vacation with our family in one of our favorite vacation destinations growing up, Avalon & Stone Harbor, NJ.  We just love Avalon & Stone Harbor, and are so grateful to have investment properties here.

We hope our homes provide a setting for beautiful memories for your family amongst all that Avalon & Stone Harbor have to offer. 

Our Avalon home (Villa Lil) is only the 3rd house from the beach in the quiet south end of Avalon on 60th & Dune Drive.  

Our Stone Harbor home (Villa Char) is the 5th house from the beach on 86th Street. Both Villa Lil & Villa Char properties are centrally located and sit about equidistant between the “downtown” of Avalon which starts around 30th Street and Dune to the north and the “downtown” of Stone Harbor which has its main hub on 96th Street to the south.

Our 118th St Stone Harbor home (Villa Raine) is our newest and largest house located in the peaceful, south end of Stone Harbor.

At both Villa Lil & Villa Char you can sip your coffee in the sun rooms overlooking the pool in the morning, take in some sun and ocean views from our decks in the afternoon, watch the game on the outdoor TV at the cabana while catching some sun at the pool at Villa Char, and don’t miss the gorgeous views from our rooftop deck at sunset with a cocktail in hand at Villa Lil.

For those that prefer the serenity of the south end of Stone Harbor, we recently added “Villa Raine” at 234 118th St Stone Harbor. It’s almost new construction (built in 2016) and has all of the amenities we wanted. We hope you’ll give one of them a try.
