Beautiful location on the beach block with room for families of multiple generations. The amenities were over the top ( I brought too much stuff because this home had it all!) The pool was visible from the first floor sunroom, kitchen and living area, adding a safety element for families with young children.

The host is a great guy, very accommodating and pleasant.

Villa lil was everything we hoped for and more! Location was ideal and the house was extremely comfortable from the beds to the living spaces and the large table fit our entire group. Tom was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Pool was a nice addition. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect getaway Having vacationed within two blocks of this property in Stone Harbor with family for decades, it was a joy to find this amazing home to spend four days in September with my mother, a friend and her daughter. We felt so spoiled! We enjoyed the pool and caught the game on the TV in the cabana, took the short walk to the beach with the owner-provided cart and beach umbrella, enjoyed the more than ample space that accommodates a much larger crowd. The front deck is huge and comfortable. It’s evident the owners care for and take pride in their home. The kitchen is beautiful & loaded with all the tools you need if you choose to cook or dine in. The bedrooms are spacious, the living room is comfortable and there are enough TVs to please everyone. There is a lovely outdoor shower. The owner has left detailed tips, labels and guides should there be any doubt how things work or what to do…and he’s just a call, text or email away. The linen service was amazing (thanks Tom!)…no need to pack sheets or towels! I’m sure I’m forgetting something else nice I should be mentioning. I just know this place felt like home and I would very much like to return again in a heartbeat!

Great house and location. The owner is proactive, responsive and accommodating. Very happy with our stay. The house and yard check every box and it’s very close to the beach and local tennis/pickleball courts. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance!

Gorgeous house, helpful owner This is a beautiful house in the south side of town. The surrounding area is quiet and immaculate, and the beach about a block away. The house is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The owner is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. A wonderful vacation with our large family

Villa Raine is a well-designed home......configured for ease of use by renters (labeled switches and drawers). Odor free!! (unusual for shore homes). Roomier than the pictures show. We (8 adults, 5 children) enjoyed a wonderful week. Definitely would stay again.

Great House for Family This was a great home for our group. We had 10 people stay at the property. Tom was a great host and provided timely responses to questions. Location close to town and the beach was great. Enjoyed the deck, pool grill and game room.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Lil! This rental is fully stocked inside and out with everything you may need for a vacation, including beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas and more. The proximity to the beach can't be beat! The pool is lovely and huge! My grown children had a ball playing pool basketball. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple family units with living areas upstairs and down. This came in very handy with trying to get a one-year-old to go to sleep. We could all go upstairs to the vaulted living area and watch TV, do puzzles and play games without disturbing the little one in a downstairs bedroom. The bedrooms are a nice size and there are two master bedroom suites with king-size beds. (And there were dozens of bed pillows from which to choose. A thoughtful addition from the owner.) All in all, a great place for a family vacation!

We loved our first stay at Villa Char! One of the prettiest streets in Stone Harbor and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. We loved eating breakfast on the upper deck with views of the ocean, and our group of 9 spent a lot of time in and around the very large pool. We used every room in the clean, spacious house!

The pool area is lovely; the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy beach day. Tom is great to work with, very responsive to any concerns and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This was our third year at Villa Char. We had a wonderful time. The house was immaculate with all the amenities you could imagine. Tom, the owner, is just a phone call away and he is always available to help (but we did not need anything). The kitchen and living space is wide open and when you have a full house, that is important. It was nice to not have to worry about linens, the beach buggy was a tremendous help and the shuffleboard was alot of fun. The proximity to the beach is really a plus, especially when you have kids. We love it and will certainly book it in the future. You will not be disappointed.

Villa Char was a wonderful home, very well appointed & it had all the accoutrements of our actual homes. The pool was an absolute delight. My family had a great trip at Villa Char! It is a great house with a very short walk to the beach. Loved the pool area in the back which was a great entertainment spot late afternoon for the kids. We went with our extended family and had 5 kids, and three sets of adults including the grandparents. Great family vacation that we won't forget. Plenty of space! The house has everything you will need, and Tom was very attentive if we had any questions. Very walkable to both downtown SH and also close to the rec center and playgrounds / tennis courts. Highly recommend!

Our family had a fabulous vacation in this beautiful home only a short walk to the beach with a wonderful large pool in the back. Plenty of well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms with two separate living spaces to spread out and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Truly a gorgeous home to vacation with family!

Great home/experience I stayed with family for a long Mothers Day weekend and 70th Birthday for my mother. We had children ranging from 13 yrs old to 9 months. The kids had a great time with pool and overall space of the home. The home met our needs and was perfect with multiple rooms to space everyone out. The room located in the back near pool was great for kids to watch movies! Beds were very comfortable!! Lovely home! Lastly the owner Tom was amazing during the entire process and very accommodating. Would rent again for sure!

A three generation family retreat for my family, including four grandchildren under the age of 7 1/2yrs. The location of this beautiful home is ideal, only steps from the beach. The well-maintained pool and cabana with bbq located outside the sunroom accommodated a very active and hungry group. Tom, the owner, provided an informative "Guidebook" well ahead of our visit with detailed instructions and suggestions concerning our stay at Villa Char. Any questions we had were promptly addressed. The high quality carts that were provided made transporting the toys and gear to the beach so easy, it was truly pleasureful. The Cape May County Zoo and Morey's Piers amusement and water parks were also favorite attractions for the grandkids........and adults alike! We are looking forward to our family's return to Villa Char. "Thank you" to Tom and family for an amazing vacation in Stone Harbor, NJ.

Beautiful home! Amazing location and tom is the best to talk to. The buggy for the beach made everything a breeze with 2 kids and grandparents. Pool was amazing and so clean. We will be back and highly recommend
