The location of this beautiful home is ideal, only steps from the beach. The well-maintained pool and cabana with bbq located outside the sunroom accommodated a very active and hungry group. Tom, the owner, provided an informative "Guidebook" well ahead of our visit with detailed instructions and suggestions concerning our stay at Villa Char. Any questions we had were promptly addressed. The high quality carts that were provided made transporting the toys and gear to the beach so easy, it was truly pleasureful. The Cape May County Zoo and Morey's Piers amusement and water parks were also favorite attractions for the grandkids........and adults alike! The house is absolutely beautiful in the perfect area for my family and my sisters family. He had everything ready and spotless! From a new cool beach buggy cart (that the men pushed for us), to the outdoor tv and grill, perfect pool after the long beach day and every kitchen item needed. At the end of the day, we would all gather in the living room and relax, play games and connect. A perfect family vacation in a stunning beach home. It was seemless.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. They even provide a detailed analysis of entertainment, dining and experiences in the Stone Harbor/Cape May area. Its hard finding a property that checks all the boxes but Villa Char definitely met the mark. Steps from the beach, plenty of room for our family of 10, - beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, all included. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the plates and pots and pan we needed. Every room is decorated nicely and the furniture was comfortable. After a day on the beach the pool was a great cool off. Tom was a great host - contacted us before our vacation and was available if we had any problems (which we didn’t). I would give this wonderful rental 10 stars if I could. read less

It was spotless upon arrival, the linen service items were delivered prior to our arrival and all items in the home were new and very nicely maintained. Everything is as shown. There was an online guidebook which made clear all you needed to know about the house. The pool was heated which was great for our late Sept stay.
The owner quickly responded to one question we had. He even left a bottle of wine & a box of delicious local fudge as a welcome gift.
This home made our family get together a memorable one & one we look forward to repeating.

The house was very clean, the location was fantastic and they even left us a little welcome gift. The houses are always very well supplied—especially for a beach rental. Plenty of pots/pans/plates/cups, etc as well as lots of stuff for the beach (chairs, carts, etc).

Tom is a pleasure to work with and everything is always seamless. We will continue to rent from Tom in the future. read less

The combination of a big pool with plenty of deck space for all of our family and closeness of the beach with all of the beach accessories in the garage made for an incredible vacation.
