Additional Charges
Cleaning: $250.00 (cleaning is INCLUDED for all weekly bookings. $250 only applies for stays less than 1 week)
Refundable Security Deposit: $750.00
50%, excluding Security Deposit, is due on booking.
The remaining 50%, plus the Security Deposit, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
BOOKING Policy
Seasonal Dates require 7 night minimum (Saturday – Saturday)
Non-Seasonal Dates (October – Mid May) require 3 night minimum
